The Woodfarm Education Centre is the first and only facility acquired by the East Renfrewshire Muslim community in its 40+ year history — a milestone of profound significance for our community.

Managed by the Woodfarm Educational Trust, a registered Scottish charitable company, we are a place of worship, learning, and pastoral care — open to all Muslims regardless of background, school of thought, or age. Our aim is to serve through worship, education, and support, fostering spiritual growth, unity, and lifelong learning.

WING CHUN
CLASS

A weekly Wing Chun class for children, coached by Sifu Zubair. Wing Chun is a compact, close-range martial art that provides rapid self-defence by using structural alignment and efficient movements instead of raw physical strength.

A lecture for three days of the week

Three weekday evening classes, each held after Maghrib at the centre — covering Tafseer and the Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ, in English and Urdu.

Tafseer Tuesdays

Understand the meaning of the Qur'an, learn and reflect, and apply its lessons in daily life to grow closer to Allah. Each week works through a portion of the Qur'an in accessible, everyday language.
